I have seven rules of client service - whether I file a bankruptcy, prepare a will, or assist you with probate or any other legal matter:

  • I will give you an honest explanation of all your legal options, even if my recommendation is not to spend money on my services.

  • I will not nickel and dime you with petty expenses and charges (e.g., charging a six-minute minimum for a one-minute phone call).

Affordable Flat Fees

I charge a FLAT fee for most services. 

Typical Fees:

$750 - $2,500 for estate planning,

$1,000 - $1,500 for Ch. 7 bankruptcy, and $2,,000 - $2,500. for uncontested probate. 

Accessible to All

My office is easily accessible with free parking, including disabled parking.  You won't find a single step between your car and my desk. 

 

If you can't travel, I am willing to meet you in the comfort of your own home with my mobile office (additional fee would apply).

Why waste time with a "free" seminar?

"Time is Money", so don't waste It!  Some firms give free group seminars to round up clients, often at a library or community center, with free snacks provided as a further lure.  While access to free and reliable information never hurts, a group snack is an extraordinarily inefficient use of time in estate planning.  Indeed, it can be difficult to distinguish your specific needs from the other participants'.

I guarantee that my private, confidential, no-obligation "Free Consultation"  will provide you with advice beyond the benefit of a seminar.  For clients who freely choose to hire me, I am available as needed to prepare your legal documents just right with your full input.  Within the same total time commitment as a morning seminar, many of my clients can walk out of my office with their documents completed, signed and notarized.

I personally provide full legal representation for every client in my office with the highest quality service - with no exceptions and no staff.  Providing enormous value to you at a reasonable charge is my guiding principle.
