Experience

I have 28 years of experience and knowledge developed by gaining the trust of hundreds of satisfied clients, many of whom are kind enough to share their recommendations of my services.  Conveniently located on Yale Avenue near Colorado Boulevard, I provide the premier bankruptcy and estate planning service in the south Metro Denver area (e.g. Denver, Englewood, Littleton, Centennial & Highlands Ranch).

Trustworthy

Choosing a capable attorney without a personal referral can be intimidating.  I provide a free, no obligation 30-minute consultation to review your legal matter, and to give you a chance to meet me without obligation.  Please call or email me any time to schedule an appointment.

Service

I have seven rules of client service - whether I file a bankruptcy, prepare a will, or assist you with probate or any other legal matter:

  • I will give you an honest explanation of all your legal options, even if my recommendation is not to spend money on my services.

  • I will keep you advised of all developments in your case and promptly respond to all your questions.

  • I will provide you with a clear understanding of my fees and expenses.

  • I will not nickel and dime you with petty expenses and charges (e.g., charging a six-minute minimum for a one-minute phone call).

  • I will educate you about the laws concerning your individual situation, so you can make informed decisions.

  • I will provide you with the biggest bang for your legal buck.

  • I will care about your problem.

Affordable Flat Fees

I charge a FLAT fee for most services.

Fees range between

$750 - $2,000 for estate planning,

$1,000 - $1,500 for Ch. 7 bankruptcy, and $2,,000 - $2,500. for uncontested probates..

Accessible

My Denver office is easily accessible with free parking, including disabled parking.  There isn't a single step between your car and my desk.  For those who can't travel well, I am willing to meet you in the comfort of your own home with my mobile office (additional fee and COVID-19 procedures would apply).

Forgo the "free" seminar!

"Time is Money", so don't waste It!  Law firms often advertise free group seminars to market themselves to potential clients, often at a library or community center, with snacks provided as an incentive to attend.  Access to free and reliable information is always a good thing, but a group seminar is an extraordinarily inefficient use of your time.  For many folks, it is easy to lose track of your needs while listening to others' legal questions.

Instead, I offer a superior seminar:  a private, confidential, no-obligation "Free Consultation".  Once a client decides to move forward, I am available as needed to get the document drafts just right.  In about the same amount of time spent with me as you would in a morning seminar, your personal documents will be complete and ready to sign in my office.

I personally provide full legal representation for every client in my office with the highest quality service - with no exceptions and no staff.  Providing enormous value to you, at a reasonable charge, is my guiding principle.
